The MOMENTUM Residency offers a small community of committed learners, a cohort of professional colleagues from various organizations and schools, and access to a variety of professionals in clinical care but also in restorative justice, equity driven practice, public health, advocacy, policy, primary care and community members.

MOMENTUM prioritizes residents’ professional growth and success through our relationship centered cohort model of learning, synthesizing the clinical and public health aspects of school mental health through an equity lens and self reflective practice. We take care in our selection and matching process to pair residents with a school that fits then we support residents with coaching and support, excellent training, and specialized clinical supervision. The result is a program that fosters honest and authentic practice, diversity and inclusivity.
